This is an independent demonstrative version of the website. It does not replace the official website and does not accept bookings or commercial enquiries.
Images and identity
The living-room, bedroom and kitchen photographs are illustrative images generated for the project. They do not represent properties that are actually managed. The YouBnB logo retains its original identity. The Airbnb, Expedia, Tripadvisor and HomeAway marks are the same files as on the current website: they do not attest to new partnerships.
Numbers from the original website
The 4,95 average review score, 13+ years of experience, 43% extra earnings, 46 collaborators and 30+ cities are figures published by the current website and not independently verified. No comparison basis is stated for the 43%. Another website variant reports 4,94. These figures must be confirmed by the client before launch: they are not performance guarantees.
Reviews and editorial content
99 textual reviews were recovered from the original widget, configured to show only 5-star ratings. They concern a single Airbnb accommodation in Naples. Authors, dates and texts are preserved; texts remain in their original language in the English version too.
The 50 journal guides come from the public YouBnB website. Regulatory, tax and return information has not been updated or verified. The English version is a translation of this content, not advice. The three original attraction pages do not show readable text: in the demo they link to their respective local guides.
Contacts, bookings and privacy
The form is disabled. No analytics systems, advertising services or booking tools have been integrated. External links lead to the contacts and services of the current website, where their respective policies apply.
The number visible on the original website matches the WhatsApp contact, but the telephone link uses a different number. Pending confirmation, this demo shows the visible number without enabling a call. The linked legal policies are those of the original website and will need to be reviewed for the final website.
