How do I open my B&B with YouBnB?
We support you in checking local regulations, registering the activity and handling the necessary requirements. We oversee preparation of the property and listing. Earning potential depends on the location, size and characteristics of the home: the free valuation is used to build a personalised estimate.
What happens if a guest damages my property?
We handle reporting, damage assessment and the reimbursement request. The current website provides for recourse to insurance cover: limits, excesses, exclusions and conditions must be verified in the applicable proposal and policy.
How are booking prices determined?
Rates are updated based on the market, seasonality, local events and booking trends. To estimate your home's potential, we also consider its location, size and characteristics.
How do you manage cleaning and linen changes?
After every check-out, we verify the condition of the home and any damage or missing items. We organise delivery of clean linen and collection of used linen, cleaning and resetting of the spaces. Periodic deep cleaning is also provided.
How do you manage bureaucracy and tax obligations?
The service described on the current website includes start-up requirements, registration of guests with the State Police, tourist tax and management of the flat-rate tax where applicable. Duties and responsibilities are defined based on the agreement and applicable regulations.
What assistance do you offer guests during their stay?
The current website describes 24-hour, 7-day-a-week guest assistance: from information about the area to handling inconveniences during the stay. Service arrangements and coverage are agreed in the management proposal.
How much does it cost to entrust my property to YouBnB?
The model described on the current website has no fixed cost: YouBnB receives a percentage of booking revenue, to which VAT is added. The percentage is agreed with the owner according to the work needed to manage the property.
